We are all energy beings and over time if not addressed we become depleted, exhausted and overwhelmed. The ancient practice of Reiki helps to calm your nervous system, improve your body's energy flow and connect you with a sense of inner peace.
Reiki healing sessions include; full body energy healing and alignment, as well as a brief discussion of spiritual impressions. Sessions can be done in person at my Carleton Place location or virtually via Zoom.

Jennifer lives just west of Ottawa in Ontario Canada. Jennifer graduated from an intensive health sciences program in 2003 and became a registered massage therapist in 2004. She became a registered yoga teacher in 2015 and has received certifications in both pranic energy healing & reiki healing.
She has maintained her therapeutic practice in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has added different types of energy healing, yoga, meditation & mindfulness to her practice over the years.
